South Devon Paddle Club events weekend
The guys at Tad in Exmouth along with the mentors at the South Devon Paddle Club are getting set for a busy weekend. Here's what they are up to:
Tids and the 'South Devon Paddleboard Club' (SDPC) have organised a whole weekend of demo's and fun. By now most people have heared of Stand Up Paddleboarding, but not everyone has had a go. Well, this is your opportunity! Every Friday from 4pm you will find Tids and the SDPC at the Exmouth 'Surf Life Saving Association' (SLSA) with a whole range of SUP boards and paddles for all to enjoy. 4 pm is for the kids and adults are welcomed from 6pm onwards.
However, this weekend is going to be extra special, we've got even more demo boards available for you all to have a go on from brands such as JIMMY LEWIS, SURFTECH,TIKI/NSP/SOUTHPOINT, LAIRD, C4 WATERMAN AND STARBOARD.
So the fun kicks off tonight with the usual friday paddle club at 4pm, but then continues on saturday down at the duck pond from 9.30am. Then from 2.30pm you'll find SDPC at the Quay in exeter for some perfect flat water inner city fun. But it doesn't end there, on sunday form 10.30am you'll find them all at Westward Ho in North Devon for some wave action!
The best bit about all this is that it's all absolutely free and it's open to absolutely everyone. So bring your kids, your mums and dads, aunts and uncles, grannys and grandads and come and share the fun. Theres no catch, no charge and no pressure. The only thing we ask is that you sign a copy of our disclaimer, listen to what the SDPC mentors are telling you and you are a competent swimmer.
